Professional Recruiters Inc. was established in 1984 by Tim Moran CPC, CIPC, and Lynn Moran CPC, CIPC, with the goal of assisting companies in finding top talent, developing recruitment strategies, and providing candidates with ongoing resources to advance their careers.

Initially a small, local recruiting firm, we quickly grew our client base to serve companies throughout the U.S. and Internationally.

In 1995, we broadened our offerings to include consulting services for corporate clients on talent acquisition strategies and recruiter team selection.

By 2008, we added recruitment branding, and in 2010, we incorporated social media recruitment into our service portfolio.

Today, the firm is led by Tim Moran, CPC, CIPC, who has also contributed to Recruitment Team Development and Social Media Branding for notable organizations such as RedHat (now part of IBM), ESPN/ABC TV/Disney, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Elbit Systems of America, and BAE Systems Inc - Electronic Systems.
